Building Information Modeling (BIM) was utilized in three-dimensional rendering of 18000 square foot One West Park situated in just south of Forsyth Park to house the law firm of Bouhan Falligant LLP.
BIM facilitates the architects to draw various angles and views of a project as the size, scale and proportions can be easily understood with the BIM based 3D model. The result produced can save significant time, money and headaches for the clients as soon as the construction starts.
It is expected that the construction of the building will be completed within one year.
