Autodesk introduced Revit 2019

Revit 2019 is just introduced by Autodesk. It is the most updated version of the Autodesk’s multidiscipline BIM (building information modelling) software that is based on numerous user-requested features together with new functionality to facilitate obtaining design intent and better-connect building design and fabrication workflows.

Autodesk has made a good endeavour to seek customer input through the Revit Ideas (forums.autodesk.com) page where customers will get the chance to suggest and vote on features that will simplify their work in Revit.

Revit 2019 also comprises of the new features which were demonstrated to subscribers in Revit 2018.1 and Revit 2018.2.

The detail information is given in the public Revit Road Map (blogs.autodesk.com) to outline and develop Revit for providing support to its customers’ work over the full project lifecycle and software development is arranged across three areas:

Design: The facilities which allow the customers to competently produce information that capture design intent. Optimize: Endeavors to fine tune Revit software to facilitate the users to proficiently analyze, recapitulate and make informed decisions with the software developed for performance and scalability.

Connect: The facilities which authorize the project teams by serving them connect workflows and collaborate across the project lifecycle.
